By booking lessons with Saab Driving School, you agree to the following terms.

2. Driving Lessons
Driving lessons are provided by a qualified driving instructor.
All lessons will:
- Be conducted in accordance with DVSA regulations
- Be provided in a dual-controlled vehicle
- Follow safe and professional driving standards
Lesson duration and prices are as advertised on our website or agreed at the time of booking.
3. Eligibility for Lessons
Students must:
- Be at least 17 years old (or 16 if receiving disability mobility allowance and legally permitted to drive)
- Hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence
- Present their licence if requested by the instructor
The instructor reserves the right to refuse lessons if a student does not meet these requirements.
4. Booking Lessons
Lessons may be booked through:

- Phone
- Direct arrangement with the instructor
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or a booking confirmation has been issued.
5. Payments
Payments may be made by:
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- Online payment methods offered on the website
Payment terms:
- Payment must be made before or at the start of the lesson, unless otherwise agreed.
- Block bookings must be paid in advance.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
6. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
If less than 24 hours notice is given:
- The full lesson fee may be charged.
If Saab Driving School cancels a lesson:
- The lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or
- A refund may be provided if payment was made in advance.
7. Student Responsibilities
Students must:
- Follow the instructor's guidance at all times
- Wear suitable footwear for driving
- Not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Inform the instructor of any medical conditions affecting driving
If a student is deemed unsafe to drive, the instructor may terminate the lesson and the lesson fee may still apply.
8. Use of the Training Vehicle
The instructor's vehicle is insured for driving tuition.
However, students must:
- Drive responsibly
- Follow all legal driving rules
- Pay for any damage caused through reckless or unlawful behaviour
Normal learner mistakes during lessons are covered by insurance.
9. Lesson Delays
If a student is late:
- The lesson will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
If the instructor is late:
- The lost time will be added to the lesson or rescheduled.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds for unused prepaid lessons may be issued at the instructor's discretion.
No refunds will be given for:
- Lessons already taken
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Liability
Saab Driving School will not be liable for:
- Driving test cancellations by the DVSA
- Test failures
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues
We aim to provide the highest quality instruction but cannot guarantee that a student will pass their driving test.

13. Privacy

15. Governing Law
